| Abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antioksidan herba Andrographispaniculata (sambiloto). Aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak air herba sambiloto dan fraksi-fraksinya diujidengan menggunakan metode peredaman radikal bebas DPPH (Dipheny-1-picrylhydrazyl). Dari hasilpenelitian diketahui bahwa IC50 ekstrak air, fraksi kloroform, fraksi etil asetat dan residu ekstrakherba sambiloto berturut-turut adalah 1036,76l; 820,15; 395,01; dan 1080,60 üg/ml. Hasil penapisanfitokimia menunjukkan adanya senyawa golongan flavonoid. |
