Research using experimental methods with completely randomized design factorial 3x3. The first factor is Cr_Picolinat supplementation consisting of C1 (700 ppm), C2 (800 ppm), C3 (900 ppm). The second factor is the level of crude fiber in the diet, namely S1 (6%), S2 (8%) and S3 (10%). Thereby there are 9 combination treatment, with repeated 4 times, and each replication using 5 chickens. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance CRD 3x3 factorial design. The results obtained 1,44-2.18 feed conversion, slaughter weight 1405-1145 g, 56.59 to 69.57% percentage of carcass, abdominal fat content from 0.77 to 2.17%. Analysis of variance showed that organic chromium supplementation on fiber feed in broiler chickens did not affect significantly (P> 0.05) on feed conversion, slaughter weight, carcass percentage, abdominal fat content. Conclusion of the study is an organic chromium supplementation at the level of 700 ppm in the feed fibers produce feed conversion, slaughter weight, carcass percentage best for broiler until the age of 5 weeks, and organic chromium supplementation at the level of 800 ppm produced the lowest abdominal fat content.
